How long does a logo design project take?
Our projects are usually wrapped up and finished within 3-4 weeks. We request 5 days for mood boards, 10 days for concepts and roughly 2 days per round of revision requested.
Can it be done quicker? Yes. If you have a tight deadline then let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to expedite the process.
Why do you take this long? We don’t use stock images, AI or logo generators. You’re paying for the full attention of a professional designer to sit, think and iterate until they have a range of top-notch options for you to choose from. You can also help reduce the chance of this happening. Design is a collaboration. The single most important aspect of the process is a solid brief. Throw as much information, thought and brain fart at us as you possibly can. It helps us understand you, your business and your audience.
who owns the designs?
As soon as you pay your final balance, you own your designs. We reserve the right to use the designs in our portfolio and marketing material unless agreed otherwise.
How does billing work?
We request a 50% deposit before beginning any work. Once designs are approved we will request the balance before delivering the final files.
You will receive invoices for any payment requests. You have the option to pay by bank transfer or card.
We do also accept some major cryptocurrencies. Please ask for further details.
What file formats will I receive?
You receive vector files and bitmap files in your finals folder. Typically these include .ai, .eps, .svg, .png and .jpg.
You also receive a range of colourways and icon files.
We send a ‘Files Explained’ pdf with your finals folder so that you can full understand the importance and use of each file type.
There will likely be files you won’t be able to open. Keep them! Professionals may well ask for them later down the line.
How does Kukoo handle feedback and revisions?
UNLIMITED revisions! Nice. Generally we don’t require more than 2 rounds of revision but the guarantee stands.
