WHAT WE DO

Most websites start fine. Then business grows, issues are plastered over with quick fixes but the cracks continue to appear. An unmanaged website is a silent liability. It's not a matter of if something goes wrong. It's when. And when it does, the cost isn't just the repair bill, it's the lost revenue, the damaged credibility, and the time you'll never get back.

Kukoo is the partner that solves problems. Creative that earns you a seat at bigger tables. Strategy that tightens your sales flow and cuts friction from your processes. Our support can proactively improve your business. We build, support, and scale the websites behind ambitious businesses, so you can focus on what you do best.

life is better together

A managed plan protects and improves a healthy website. But if the foundations are already compromised with slow performance, security vulnerabilities, broken functionality, or bloated code, you're paying monthly to maintain problems, not prevent them. We fix the website first or create an action plan so your ongoing investment goes towards growth, not damage control.

The outcome

Your website doesn't break, get hacked, or become the emergency that derails your week.

Who this is for: Businesses who need the foundations handled. You're not looking for optimisation. You just need to know it's not going to fall over.

What you're protected from

  • Security breach or hack. The average UK SME breach costs £8,500–£25,000 in recovery, lost business, and reputational damage.
  • Site downtime from failed updates. Average 1–3 days offline means lost leads, lost sales, and panicked calls to whoever will answer.
  • Emergency repair (no retainer). £500–£1,500 per incident, often with 48–72hr wait times.
  • Corrupted site with no backup. Full rebuild. Average £3,000–£10,000. Weeks of delay and lost sales.
  • Expired SSL or plugin vulnerabilities. Google warnings scare off visitors and trust evaporates.

What Changes

Software and server updates handled
Daily security scans and threat neutralisation
Daily backups with recovery option
Reactive support when something breaks

What Does NOT Happen

No proactive improvements
No performance monitoring
No strategic input

The Bottom Line

You're not paying for hours. You're paying to remove the risk of a single incident that would cost 3–10x more than a full year of this plan.

The outcome

Your website is stable, monitored, and actively protected — and you've got complete peace of mind because someone's watching before things go wrong.

Who this is for: Businesses who depend on their website for leads or revenue. You can't afford for it to quietly underperform or suddenly break at the worst possible moment.

What You're Protected From

Everything in Tier 1, plus what it costs you without proactive monitoring.

  • Slow page speed that remain undetected. Every extra second of load time costs you 7% in conversions. That's often hundreds of lost leads every year.
  • Broken forms or checkout flows. Often unnoticed for days or weeks. Every hour it's broken is revenue walking away.
  • Plugin conflicts after updates. Site functionality breaks silently. You only find out from a customer complaint.
  • Poor Core Web Vitals. Google ranks you lower. Competitors with faster sites take your traffic.
  • No visibility into site health. You're flying blind. Problems compound until they become emergencies.

What Changes

Everything in Tier 1 plus
Proactive performance monitoring.

  • Issues caught before they cost you.
  • Quartertly health reports. You see what's happening without logging in
  • Faster response times because when it matters, speed matters
  • Updates tested before deployment. No more "the update broke the site"

What Does NOT Happen

  • No conversion optimisation
  • No strategic recommendations
  • No ongoing UX or content improvements

The Bottom Line

You're not paying for more tasks. You're paying for problems caught in the monitoring, not in a customer complaint. You're buying back the headspace you're currently spending on worry.

The outcome

Your website actively contributes to growth.  More leads, better conversion, stronger credibility, all without you lifting a finger.

Who this is for: Businesses investing in marketing who need the website to perform, not just exist. You're scaling, and the website should be pulling its weight.

What You're Leaving On The Table Without This

Everything in Tier 2, plus:

  • Unoptimised conversion rate. Industry average is 2–3%. Moving to 4–5% doubles your leads from the same traffic.
  • Friction in your sales flow. Confusing navigation, weak CTAs, slow forms. Every friction point leaks revenue.
  • Manual processes that could be automated. Staff hours burned on tasks your website should handle.
  • No strategic input on your digital presence. You're guessing. Competitors with advisors are not.
  • Stale content and outdated design. You look smaller than you are. Prospects choose the competitor who looks sharper.
  • Wasted ad spend. Sending paid traffic to underperforming pages burns budget. 20–40% of ad spend is often lost to poor landing page experience.

What Changes

Everything in Tier 2 plus
proactive UX improvements. We spot friction and fix it.

  • Conversion and sales flow optimisation. More leads from the same traffic
  • Process automation. Streamlined lead flow, fewer manual tasks
  • Strategic input. Monthly recommendations tied to your business goals
  • Priority execution. Improvements happen fast, no separate quote needed

What Does NOT Happen

This isn't a full redesign or rebuild. It's continuous, compounding improvement

The Bottom Line

You're not paying for hours. You're paying for upside. Every improvement compounds. Every friction point removed is revenue recovered. This tier turns your website from a cost centre into a growth lever and the ROI shows up in your pipeline, not just your analytics dashboard.

FAQs

ANSWERS TO YOUR BURNING QUESTIONS

How much does a logo/visual identity cost?

There are two sides to this. Firstly, the financial cost to you to carry out the work.  This will range from £50 up to £750+ depending on the level of service you require. You will find cheaper options, and you will certainly find more expensive options. We are the goldilocks price bracket… juuuust right. We pride ourselves on serving small businesses like you with arguably the best value logo design available online. Bespoke design every time by qualified UK designers, and unlimited revisions (we rarely need more than a couple!) for your complete peace of mind.

More importantly, what is the opportunity cost? What will it cost your business in missed potential if you don’t get it right? If it doesn’t connect with your target audience? That is certainly going to be far higher than our top end. Your visual identity matters. Play safe, work with Kukoo.

Our projects are usually wrapped up and finished within 3-4 weeks. We request 5 days for mood boards, 10  days for concepts and roughly 2 days per round of revision requested.

Can it be done quicker? Yes. If you have a tight deadline then let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to expedite the process.

Why do you take this long? We don’t use stock images, AI or logo generators. You’re paying for the full attention of a professional designer to sit, think and iterate until they have a range of top-notch options for you to choose from. Creativity is a balance of talent and process, and process takes time. Have you ever drawn or written something, thought it was brilliant, then come back to it next day just to throw it straight in the bin? Us too! We add ‘reflection periods’ to our process to eliminate those instances so you only ever get the best of our work.

Absolutely! We encourage collaboration and value your input throughout the design process. Your feedback helps us ensure that the final logo design aligns with your vision and meets your expectations.

TLDR: We’ll work with you until you’re happy.

Of course this happens from time to time. Any designer, studio or agency that says otherwise is not being truthful. What matters is how the situation is handled, right?

Kukoo have developed a very effective process that ensures 95% of projects run smoooothly. It means we have a little bit of extra time banked for when a project doesn’t deliver as we expect. We are more than happy to work until the issue is solved. Our unlimited revisions guarantee means you will walk away from the process with designs you love.

You can also help reduce the chance of this happening. Design is a collaboration. The single most important aspect of the process is a solid brief. Throw as much information, thought and brain fart at us as you possibly can. It helps us understand you, your business and your audience.

As soon as you pay your final balance, you own your designs. We reserve the right to use the designs in our portfolio and marketing material unless agreed otherwise.

We request a 50% deposit before beginning any work. Once designs are approved we will request the balance before delivering the final files.

You will receive invoices for any payment requests. You have the option to pay by bank transfer or card.

We do also accept some major cryptocurrencies. Please ask for further details.

You receive vector files and bitmap files in your finals folder. Typically these include .ai, .eps, .svg, .png and .jpg.

You also receive a range of colourways and icon files.

We send a ‘Files Explained’ pdf with your finals folder so that you can full understand the importance and use of each file type.

There will likely be files you won’t be able to open. Keep them! Professionals may well ask for them later down the line.

UNLIMITED revisions! Nice. Generally we don’t require more than 2 rounds of revision but the guarantee stands.

All we ask is that you are constructive with your feedback.

A logo design is a visual representation of a business or organization. It typically consists of a combination of symbols, icons, text, and colours that convey the identity and values of the brand.

A logo is essential for brand recognition and differentiation in the market. It serves as the face of your company, appearing on your products, marketing materials, website, and more. A well-designed logo can help establish credibility, evoke positive emotions, and make your brand memorable to customers.
